Today was your first day of school. We found an Early Childhood Family Education class in Faribault that we were going to start attending. Mommy couldn’t wait for you to play with all of the other little kids. When we got to the classroom it was filled with books and toys and pretend kitchens! Your eyes were so bright and full of excitement. It didn’t take you long to leave my side and crawl around with your new friends.

We were both very excited to go to school every week and play with our friends and do art projects while singing songs. It made Mommy very proud to see you playing well with other little kids. Most of them were walking and I could see the wheels turning in your head! Maybe soon you will take your first step…
